NSBA Official Trading Regulations
2. If a trade will take your team under the limit, then you must sign a player from the free agency.
3. You may have under 12 players from the off season until the start of the preseason; if you have under 12 at the beginning of the preseason and take no action, then a free agent will be signed to your team for a one year, minimum contract.
F) When trading draft picks, you may trade three years of picks. Current season, next season, following season.
1. You may not protect picks.
2. You must have at least one first in the three years of picks, it does not need to be your own.
3. You may trade as many of your seconds as you like.[/ul][/b]
